1. Introduction Welcome to Dr Guy Meadows. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, virtual private clinic, and corporate webinar & live services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Services Provided We offer virtual private 1-2-1 consultations for individuals seeking help with public speaking anxiety, as well as corporate live in-person or virtual events designed to help employees speak with confidence and overcome speaking anxiety. 

3. Eligibility Our services are available to individuals over the age of 18. By using our services, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

4. Booking & Payment

• Private clinic sessions must be booked in advance either through email or our website. 

• Payment for private sessions is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

• Corporate webinar fees will be invoiced as per the agreed terms with the corporate client.

• Refunds or rescheduling are subject to our cancellation policy (see section 5).

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Private clinic sessions: Cancellations made with at least 24 hours’ notice are eligible for rescheduling. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.

• Corporate webinars: Cancellations must be made at least 7 days in advance to receive a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable.

6. Use of Content Any materials provided during private consultations and corporate webinars, including but not limited to emails, recordings, worksheets, and guides, are for personal or internal business use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share this content without prior written consent.

7. Confidentiality We respect your privacy and confidentiality. However, our services do not constitute medical or psychological treatment, and any information shared is not covered under doctor-patient confidentiality laws. We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information.

8. Disclaimer Our services provide guidance and strategies for managing public speaking anxiety. They do not replace medical or psychological treatment. If you have a serious mental health condition, please seek professional medical advice.

9. Liability Limitation We are not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. You agree to use our services at your own risk.

10. Amendments We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
